Olivia C. Shifflett, MBA

Just as Leitner Law has grown over the years, so has our Executive Director, Olivia Shifflett. Olivia began her career working as an intern at Leitner Law when she was a student at Bridgewater College. After graduating magna cum laude from Bridgewater College with a BS in Business Administration, Olivia joined the firm as a legal assistant in 2017.

Always seeking ways to grow professionally, Olivia continued her education, receiving her Certificate of Paralegal Studies from James Madison University in 2018 and becoming a nationally certified paralegal. In addition to her paralegal duties, Olivia took on administrative and HR roles and soon became the firm’s office administrator and HR Director. Once again, Olivia continued her education, earning her Master of Business Administration from JMU in 2021. Upon receiving her MBA, Olivia began serving as Leitner Law's Executive Director.

Olivia is a Shenandoah Valley native, and when she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin, and their son, Baker, taking in all our wonderful Valley has to offer her young family!

administrative assistant

Sarah S. Fuquay

Sarah grew up in Rockingham County and graduated from Broadway High School. Until joining the team at Leitner Law in 2022, she has had a variety of experiences working with the public.  She spent 16 years in business for herself, working as a notary and loan signing agent. This work allowed her to stay home with her 2 children, Nadia and Alex, and homeschool them.

Her favorite part of the job here at Leitner Law is meeting and interacting with clients during their signing appointments.

She has been married to her husband Michael for over 24 years, and as a family, they have always been very involved with their church and enjoy working in a volunteer ministry work together.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing at the beach, being outdoors, and sipping on a glass of wine by the fire pit.
